💎 Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on all U.S. (mainland) orders over $20. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned via Instagram for updates.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my earrings?
A: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn earrings. However, if the item is unused and in its original packaging, you're eligible for a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — we're a small business and truly appreciate your understanding.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at freyabelleaccessories@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the unworn item. Returns should be sent to the same address as your package’s shipping label.

Q: Will my order come gift-ready?
A: Yes! Every piece is carefully wrapped in our signature Freya Belle packaging — perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Q: Can I include a gift message?
A: Absolutely. Just leave your note at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a cute card, free of charge.

💖 Product Info & Care

Q: What materials are used?
A: Most of our earrings use alloy bases with 925 silver posts, and designs may include resin or faux pearls. You can find specific materials listed at the bottom of each product description.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
 A: Avoid water and perfume. Store in a dry place and gently wipe after use.
Sterling silver is a soft, flexible metal — if your post gets slightly bent, it can usually be adjusted back gently without damage. No stress!
